About the Artist

Thanks to Tripawds Teach Your Dog to Paint video series, Nellie painted for the Tripawds Foundation between 2023 and 2026, until her untimely passing in September.

A rescue dog who didn't even know what a toy when she found her way to Tripawds Founders Jim and Rene, this lovely lady's art career began by painting on stretched canvas with acrylic paint media.

For the first time this year she moved into the wearable art space with her grand finale, a professional apron made just for the pawlidays. We hope you enjoy wearing it as much as we loved making it for you.
